We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Forecasting Expert to join our team at People Profilers. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining standard costs and analysing variances with actual costs to derive at monthly forecast performance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or related fields and minimum 5 years of FP&A and process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment. They will also possess strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, Access, Data automation and Data analysis.
Key responsibilities include estimating product costs for existing and new products, managing SOX and internal/external audit queries, and driving standardization, optimization and automation of key finance processes through digital transformation initiatives.
