Job Title: Senior Community Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Social Worker/Associate Senior Social Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to individuals, families, and communities facing transitional challenges.

The role involves providing direct services, supervising and approving case assessments and outcome plans, and conducting regular home visits. The Senior Social Worker will also provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues and support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate change and improve the lives of individuals, families, and community through the provision of direct services
  • Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure
  • Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues
  • Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, and formulate decisions and make recommendations
