Job Opportunity: Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.">
  • Taking customer orders using an iPad or other digital ordering system, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.">
  • Collecting used dishes from tables, cleaning tables and chairs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area.">
  • Conducting daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.">
  • Greeting customers warmly and providing a positive first impression of our establishment.">
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a high level of cash handling security.">
  • Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times, including essentials such as butter, bread, and milk.">
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, such as opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special events support.">

In addition to these key responsibilities, we require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic math skills, familiarity with the food industry and its practices, and basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
