Job Description

The Director of Reliability Engineering will play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term performance, quality, and robustness of our products and processes.

  • Develop and drive the reliability roadmap aligned with business and customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed reliability into design, process, and manufacturing stages.
  • Oversee reliability testing, qualification, and failure analysis for new technologies and products.
  • Establish and maintain reliability standards, methodologies (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100), and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people.
  • Deep knowledge of reliability physics, failure mechanisms, and industry qualification standards.
  • Proven track record in leading reliability programs in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
