Strategic Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our global sales team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to our VP, APAC.

Your primary focus will be on targeting strategic and valuable logos with headquarters in the Asia-Pacific region, primarily within the financial institution segment. To achieve this goal, you will become an expert in our products, understanding how our customers use them, and navigating the complex regulatory landscape in APAC.

With this knowledge, you'll help prospective clients understand how we can protect them from sophisticated crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle, from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing business, delivering profitable revenue growth, and exceeding targets.

You will also have opportunities to participate in local and regional events, representing us for speaking engagements such as panels and fireside chats. You will identify and open doors to Enterprise prospective accounts across APAC, own, build, and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts, and showcase our product to prospects, helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos.

Additionally, you will manage all parts of commercial discussions, including negotiating terms and closing business as applicable, attend and travel to customer meetings and/or events where required, utilize technologies like Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, Hubspot, and other tools to achieve goals and forecast accurately, meet and exceed quotas, and lead cross-functional teams to win Enterprise accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial institution segment
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring new accounts
  • Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
