We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Tea Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers about concept, products, and tea knowledge to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Prepare, plate, and serve food and drinks according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including prepping ingredients, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping the area tidy.
  • Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience and interest in Food and Beverage industry.
  • Passthroughsion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Essential Skills:

  • Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly.
