Tea Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tea Service Specialist to join our pioneering team at our first flagship store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation and serving of high-quality tea beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and craft signature tea beverages with precision and care
  • Engage with customers and share the AMACHA story, enhancing their tea experience
  • Ensure quality and consistency by following established preparation techniques
  • Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tea bar in compliance with health & safety protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in receiving stock deliveries

Requirements:
Prior Experience: While prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an advantage, we provide training for the right candidate.
Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and good communication skills.
