We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Guest Services Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Promote hotel services and products to guests, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in suggestive selling of hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Process guest reservations, communications, and billing information accurately and efficiently.
  • Quotations and recommendations of suitable packages for potential guests.
  • Manage no-show reservations, investigating and recording same for future reference.
  • Create, update, and maintain group booking and billing information.
  • Maintain knowledge of special rates, offers, and promotions for rooms and food and beverage services.
  • Monitor reservation levels and inform management of current and future occupancy rates.
  • Prepare reports as requested to track room availability, revenue, and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with front office and food and beverage teams to ensure compliance and quality assurance expectations.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required, but demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the brand.
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of reservations systems – Opera 5 Property Management system and Weeloy Table Management.
  • Highly detail-oriented individuals with exceptional organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Able to interact with Mandarin-speaking guests.
