Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence to lead our efforts in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across various applications.

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive business value across consumer applications, EV charging, grid planning, asset optimization, billing operations, work site safety, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact results.
  • Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, product owners, UX designers, AI engineers, and software engineers within an agile delivery framework.
  • Establish robust AI governance practices, including model documentation, validation, explainability, monitoring, security, and ethical considerations.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI tools, frameworks, and vendor solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models.
  • Expertise in feature engineering and applying statistical techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in computer vision, natural language processing, or other areas.

Desirable Skills:

  • Leadership in stakeholder engagement and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Data visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Experience deploying AI models to production, including containerization and cloud platforms.
  • Awareness of AI governance frameworks and energy tech domains.
