Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role that requires the successful candidate to have extensive experience in security management, team leadership and communication. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, execute and monitor security operations to ensure the safety and security of our visitors and staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to prevent and mitigate risks
  • Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure seamless execution of security operations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure effective coordination and response to security incidents
  • Monitor and analyze security-related data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members to enhance their knowledge, skills and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in security management to ensure that our security operations remain effective and efficient
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in security management, team leadership and communication
  • Proven track record of success in security management, team leadership and communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
