About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions. You will serve as a techno-functional analyst, designing and implementing systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing application support and participate across the full system development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
* Perform functional analysis and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, processes, and technical feasibility.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system designs.
* Define and execute test strategies, develop test cases, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and follow through on defect resolution.
* Plan and deliver end-user training for new implementations or system enhancements.
* Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, advising on IT processes, workflows, and organizational impacts.
* Support project management activities, including requirement definition, progress tracking, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
* Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure alignment for project execution.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
* 3-5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
* Strong business analysis skills with proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
* Solid understanding of MS Windows environments and enterprise application support.
* Proficiency in SQL/Oracle database.
* Demonstrated success in project management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
* Prior experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
