**M365 Senior Technical Analyst**

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced M365 Senior Technical Analyst with

6-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 solutioning, implementation, and

will have expertise in designing and deploying secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions,

with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams,

SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Entra ID, Exchange

Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 security features.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis, solution design, and integration

planning for M365 services, ensuring adherence to security and compliance

policies specific to banking environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of M365 implementations, including planning,

deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Provide technical expertise for M365 migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations,

and hybrid identity setups (Entra ID, AD Connect).
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Conditional Access policies,

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and mobile device management (MDM) via

Intune.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to

M365 services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the roadmap for the M365 platform,

aligning with business objectives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and secure data protection practices, particularly

banking.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between

Microsoft 365 and other enterprise solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in solutioning and implementing large-scale M365

environments, preferably within the banking sector.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity

Governance.
- Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and

OneDrive.
- Experience with Intune for device management and mobile security.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for managing M365

environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft 365 Certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-500) are highly preferred.
- Strong experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
