About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team as a Roasted Meat Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting various roasted meat dishes at our food kiosk and restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality roasted meats such as roast duck, roast pork, and char siew.
  • Select and procure premium ingredients for roasting.
  • Marianate and season meats before roasting to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
  • Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor the roasting process to achieve perfect doneness and presentation.
Work Schedule:

This role requires working 6 days a week, with varying schedules between Monday and Friday (8am-6:30pm) at our CIMB Plaza Food Kiosk, and Saturday (10am-10pm) at our Race Course Road Restaurant location.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $3000-$3500 per month, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
