Client Success Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide excellent customer service and relationship management support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality client services with guidance from senior teams.
  • Manage and execute client transactions with respect to business and individual banking, credit, and investment products.
  • Take ownership of client investigations and collaborate with operational and middle office teams.
  • Coordinate account maintenance for all products and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Enforce industry standards and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Proactively arrange and participate in client visits and perform quality check-in calls to clients.
  • Obtain appointments to build upon existing or establish new relationships.
  • Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to colleagues or specialists.
  • Perform responsibilities through proficient use of advanced applications.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • A mature personality with a high level of initiative and drive
  • A strong team player with good relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
