Job Title: Compliance Manager

QCP is a leading digital asset trading firm in Singapore, seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions, including AML-CFT, KYC, and transaction monitoring.
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks to ensure compliance processes are robust and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head of Compliance to map compliance processes against regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and recommend enhancements to compliance processes, including system parameters and documentation.
  • Prepare and present key risk indicators to management, driving remediation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy updates to identify new key risk areas.
  • Manage internal and external audit requests, serving as a single point of contact and bridging the audit team with local MLROs.
  • Coordinate group-wide exercises, including enterprise-wide risk assessment, business continuity testing, and technology risk management.
  • Assist the Regional Head of Compliance in preparing and owning group-level AML-CFT frameworks and processes.
  • Serve as a liaison point for RFIs from counterparties and financial institutions, assisting with investigations and response preparation.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end compliance processes, governance, and risk controls.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a bank with coverage in Financial Markets products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and cognitive process.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and portfolios.
  • Indomitable attitude and strong desire to succeed.
  • ACAMS, ICA certification, and/or formal legal training mandatory, web3/crypto compliance knowledge a huge plus.
