Business Development and Telesales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Telesales professional to join our team at AFON IT PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B software and/or ERP software sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Prospecting: Identify new opportunities in target industries using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Hubspot, and qualify leads through outbound efforts such as cold calling and emails to assess their potential as clients.
- Collaborative Lead Generation and Upsell: Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation and customer upsell campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, and use insights from marketing campaigns to identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through the sales funnel and to the sales team, and provide regular reports on outreach activity and pipeline status to the Marketing Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in any field with minimum 2-year working experience.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Proficiency with web and electronic tools.
- Organized and effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and setbacks positively and persistently pursue leads.
- Ability to work effectively across departments.
