We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support our industry engagement activities, event management, and grant administration.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing events, and providing administrative support for projects and meetings.

  • Support in the application process for grants, including verification of supporting documents
  • Assist in planning and managing industry events, including participant sign-ups and follow-ups
  • Collate and prepare post-event survey results and feedback
  • Track project status and progress to ensure timely completion
  • Conduct desktop research on companies to support meetings and engagements
  • Provide administrative support for industry engagements, including preparation of meeting materials and documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably business or technology-related
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; methodical, process-oriented, and proactive individual
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong presentation skills
