Job Description

As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy by developing effective merchandising plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial KPIs that align with our company's overall strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced merchandiser to join a dynamic and rapidly growing alternative jewelry brand. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in inventory planning, buying, and merchandising.

  • Gain a deep understanding of our company's strategy and translate it into actionable category-level plans.
  • Evaluate historical performance and stay up-to-date with emerging trends to inform product strategies.
  • Create sales and profit plans, making strategic decisions to maximize profitability while minimizing risks.
  • Support the Head of Merchandising with top-line reporting and strategic planning across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and select a balanced and commercial range of products that align with our trading calendar.
  • Review sales performance and stock availability to propose and sign off replenishments.
  • Reforecast sales and profit parameters monthly, identifying opportunities to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotions, launch campaigns, and product recommendations.
