Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver localized content projects.

  1. Create project plans and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  2. Work closely with Hogarth teams to ensure accurate briefing and execution of projects.
  3. Analyze project requirements and identify necessary resources and timelines.

In this role, you will work closely with producers, studio teams, and third-party vendors to execute project deliverables. You will also be responsible for reviewing content for cultural viability in Southeast Asia and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.


About the Role

This maternity cover role will be from September 2025 to February 2026. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating with internal teams on ticket specifications and providing clarification if required.
  2. Discussing weekly project status with client producers and Hogarth producers.
  3. Coordinating with Hogarth project managers for project requirements and resource availability.
Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong project management skills, including experience in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. A background in localization or translation is an asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
