About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient troubleshooting and repair services for various products via Depot, Dealer Repair or directly by customers.
  • Assist in testing and installation of hardware products for events/exhibitions.
  • Manage in-house loan equipment by ensuring items are in optimal working condition prior to issuance and proactively tracking and resolving overdue returns.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and reports as required.
  • Conduct hardware trainings and render support to Sales team for in-house demo.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of Nitec/Higher Nitec or above in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in a technical support or service technician role.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
