Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services that meet or exceed client expectations.

Your primary objective will be to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction through effective service delivery, schedule management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will contribute to client interactions by providing technical expertise in service-related matters, plan and coordinate service schedules, develop and deliver training programs, analyze and resolve complex technical issues, and support the development of technical plans for service assignments.

You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, adhering to company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, mentoring and supervising technicians during maintenance and performance testing duties, detecting and addressing defects, preparing and documenting detailed service reports, and maintaining open communication with support offices to foster a culture of excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in health and safety regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of product areas such as two- and four-stroke engines, turbochargers, and propulsion systems
  • A minimum of three years of related experience, preferably in heavy equipment, maritime, or power plant industries
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and automation systems, including commissioning and field service work
