About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our curriculum development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality curriculum materials for Secondary and Junior College students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in curriculum development and leadership. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of curriculum materials, including lesson plans, teacher guides, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to ensure that curriculum materials are accurate, relevant, and meet the needs of students.
  • Design and implement professional development programs for teachers to support the effective use of curriculum materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree in education or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development and leadership, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with current educational trends and technologies.
