We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our early intervention curriculum. As Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for children with special needs.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of our early intervention curriculum. You will work closely with teachers to ensure effective delivery aligned with the ECHO framework, and contribute to a holistic learning environment for children with special needs.

  • Supervise and support teachers in planning and executing the curriculum
  • Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with ECHO framework and individual education goals
  • Lead curriculum reviews and enhancements in collaboration with senior staff and management
  • Monitor teaching quality and provide regular feedback and mentoring
Key Responsibilities:

You will also oversee class scheduling and staff coverage, manage new student placements and class assignments, and ensure timely and accurate documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and lesson plans.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or equivalent
  • Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood for Children with Special Needs (SDESN) preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an early intervention setting
  • Familiarity with the ECHO framework is an advantage
