About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Mathematics Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and refining Mathematics curriculum aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus and PSLE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development & Optimisation: Develop and maintain Mathematics curriculum that meets the needs of primary school students.
  • Teacher Training & Academic Support: Provide training and mentoring to teachers on lesson delivery, pedagogy, and exam preparation techniques.
  • Research & Innovation: Innovate new teaching methodologies and interactive approaches to enhance student engagement.
  • Quality Assurance & Feedback: Conduct classroom observations and evaluate teaching quality to ensure consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum design, academic R&D, or teaching Mathematics at the primary/PSLE level.
