Job Title: School Curriculum Leader

The role of the School Curriculum Leader is to oversee the development and implementation of academic curricula that promote high-quality teaching and learning.


  • Develop and maintain curriculum frameworks that align with educational standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers to customize curricula, assessments, and teaching methodologies that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct workforce planning to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate resources for classes.
  • Lead a team of teachers to create a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with training teams to observe classroom instruction and provide coaching to enhance teaching standards.
  • Work closely with administrative staff to coordinate schedules, provide resources, and cover staff absences.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Math, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience and prior teaching experience.
  • Proven supervisory skills and good understanding of the education sector.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teaching teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
