**Position Overview**:

We are seeking a **Curriculum Writer**to create and enhance educational content for our English, Mathematics, and Science programs (Primary and Lower Secondary levels).
You will play a pivotal role in designing innovative, engaging, and skills-based materials that empower learners to achieve academic excellence while cultivating critical 21st-century skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Create worksheets, lesson plans, study notes, enrichment activities, mock exams, and holiday program materials that are both **effective and FUN**.
- Ensure all curriculum aligns with MOE’s latest syllabus and Fun Learners’ distinctive pedagogical approaches.
- Incorporate Fun Learners' learning methodologies, including learning strategies, answering techniques, and study skill systems.

**Content Innovation and Engagement**:

- Differentiate curriculum materials to support various learner profiles (e.g., struggling learners vs advanced learners).
- Integrate interdisciplinary elements (e.g., using English comprehension with Science articles) where appropriate.

**Quality Assurance and Review**:

- Proofread, edit, and fact-check all materials for accuracy, clarity, educational soundness, and brand tone.
- Pilot new materials and gather feedback from teachers and learners, iterating to improve as needed.
- Maintain version control and document updates to ensure consistent quality across centres.

**Research and Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with MOE curriculum changes, educational trends, assessment formats (e.g., PSLE trends), and new pedagogical strategies.
- Collaborate with the Academic Director, Centre Managers, and teaching teams to refine curriculum strategy and execution.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong creative writing, instructional design, and content editing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining academic rigour.
- High attention to detail, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and within collaborative teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, educational publishing, or teaching preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s MOE syllabus and assessment structures is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and basic graphic presentation tools.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Hybrid or in-office arrangements may be available).
- Occasional weekend support for content reviews or training sessions (optional/flexible).
