About Us:
Hess Eduinvest is dedicated to providing world-class early childhood education, ensuring every child has a solid foundation for lifelong learning. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Curriculum Writer to join our vibrant team and contribute to our Preschool Chinese program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive Chinese language curriculum for children aged Playgroup to Kindergarten 2.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments that facilitate a fun and effective learning environment.
- Alignment with Standards: Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- Multisensory Approach: Incorporate a variety of learning styles and methodologies, including play-based learning, music, movement, and storytelling.
- Resource Development: Develop supplementary materials including worksheets, multimedia resources, and interactive activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine curriculum based on feedback from educators, parents, and ongoing research in early childhood education.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educational staff to implement the curriculum and provide training as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education, specifically in Chinese language programs.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Knowledge of Pedagogy: Deep understanding of child development, early literacy, and play-based learning methodologies.
- Creativity: Ability to create innovative and engaging educational content that meets the needs of young learners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in curriculum planning and documentation.
