Job Title: Renovation Sales and Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renovation Sales and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business leads, driving sales efforts from initial contact to contract signing, and managing client relationships throughout the renovation process.

You will work closely with our design and operations team to translate client needs into effective solutions and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and engaging new business leads and driving sales efforts from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the key point of contact throughout the renovation process.
  • Coordinate and oversee project timelines, site works, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and manage contract documentation.
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team to translate client needs into effective solutions.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience; Interior Renovation Sales and/or project management (office/retail preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with renovation processes, materials, and suppliers.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
