Job Title: Renovation Sales Associate
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Renovation Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their renovation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support & Client Service
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
    • Handle customer enquiries via calls, email, and walk-ins
    • Build rapport with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
    • Support marketing activities and events when needed
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and project teams
    • Liaise with designers, project coordinators, and suppliers for smooth order processing
    • Support material selection and preparation of sample/mood boards for clients
  • Administration & Documentation
    • Maintain proper sales records and documentation
    • Provide administrative support to the Director in planning and execution
Requirements:
  • Fresh grads welcome; training provided
  • Prior experience in renovation sales/coordination is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp preferred
  • Strong interest in renovation, interior design, and client servicing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin-speaking is a plus)
  • Able to commit 5.5 days/week
