We are looking for an experienced HR and Administrative Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups
- Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents
- Providing administrative support for staff insurance and benefits
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (internship experience considered)
- A strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organization and communication skills
You will also need to be well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and vendor coordination skills are essential, as is the ability to start work immediately or within short notice.
