Lead Construction Estimator

A lead construction estimator is responsible for preparing and analyzing estimates, quotations, and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for construction projects.
- Conduct site valuations and measurements to determine quantities from drawings.
- Assist project teams with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and best practices in quantity surveying.
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Fluent English language skills are required.
- At least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying is necessary for this position.
- Senior executives with civil engineering expertise are preferred.
