**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead and Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the pre-construction planning and tendering process for various construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, site operations, and sequencing of works. They will be able to produce detailed cost estimates and project schedules for both building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with project stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for accurate costing and planning">
  • Develop detailed project plans, construction schedules, and resource allocation plans">
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimations, including materials, manpower, plant, subcontractor works, preliminaries, and risk contingencies">
  • Study and interpret tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to ensure complete understanding of project requirements">
  • Manage the preparation and timely submission of tender documents, pricing schedules, and technical proposals">
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field">
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in planning, tendering, and cost estimation within the construction industry">
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills">
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously">
