Job Title: Senior Product Development Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Lead to drive the development of our next-generation products. As a key member of our product engineering team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product development teams in silicon characterization and analysis to meet customer requirements and achieve yield and cost targets.
  • Interface with design, platform validation, BIOS, and test engineers on root cause resolution for device failures and performance settings.
  • Provide technical leadership to product engineering teams, drive alignment among teams to achieve product technical requirements.
  • Oversee device and process reliability, assess implications of stress-testing outcomes, balance business and quality/reliability requirements for products and processes.
  • Set goals, plan, and coordinate (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield improvement activities.
  • Optimize product positioning to meet business requirements, from fab assembly.
  • Perform new device characterization, circuit sensitivity analysis, interpret findings, and work with technical teams to root-cause and/or provide mitigation actions for any observations.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrating independent and resourceful individual characteristics.

  • 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and worked on New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Strong analytical thinking ability to assess problems, plan for experiments/next steps, and drive teams to execute.
  • Ability to understand complex data and draw technical conclusions to drive the next step.
  • Experience in product management methodology, fab process, and/or x86/GPU/High Speed IO operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams.
  • BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
