About the Job

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's product strategy.

Your primary objective will be to discover new markets and revenue opportunities, driving business growth through innovative products and services.

You will be responsible for building consensus among senior management and stakeholders to influence key decisions regarding new product ideas.

With a keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior, you will identify, define, implement, and instrument market research, product design, product implementation, and product release processes.

Ultimately, your goal will be to scale our product offerings, driving user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
  • Implement and instrument product release processes to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management and stakeholders to influence key decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in product management, preferably with experience in fintech or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience with product development and launch processes, including Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • A passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive business growth.
