Project Engineer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production and project management department, you will be responsible for leading the development and production of new products from initial concept through to commercialisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product creation process, ensuring timely delivery and meeting critical deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design ideas to life
  • Oversee product testing and quality control processes
  • Develop and improve internal processes and systems for efficient production
  • Partner with designers to meet design intent and margin targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international teams
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
