The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Ambassador to join our team at Parkway Pantai Limited. As a Community Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all colleagues and stakeholders to our HQ and providing orientation of the workspace and other offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming experience that assimilates and inducts all stakeholders to the workplace, providing concierge and technology introduction services to users.
  • Build relationships and provide personalized experiences to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Obtain user feedback and propose service improvements for the workplace, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Screen visitors to ensure legitimacy of visit and provide directions, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in Food and Beverage offerings, such as stocking up of pantry and/or supplies when required, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
  • Administrate the space utilization and booking system, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing conflicts.
  • Assist in the setup of workspace for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or events, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Recommend and contribute ideas for social events to foster intermingling and cohesiveness of colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies, such as stationery, printing supplies and other consumables, and follow with the required procedures for approval to procure, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and sanitized, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Gather stakeholders requirements for procurement and consolidation, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the Community Manager in any other adhoc tasks, providing support and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality or Business, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, building relationships and providing personalized experiences to stakeholders.
  • Able to respond and resolve issues at hand, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proactive approach in service provision, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for users.
  • Well-groomed and confident, presenting a professional image and attitude.
