Workplace Development Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Careers@Gov. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design and development of our future workplaces, as well as the rejuvenation of current workplaces and associated projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Project coordination and liaison with the Multi-Disciplinary Team Consultants, relevant external agencies, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient execution of projects.

• Engaging end users to ensure that requirements are well planned and documented.

• Liaising internally with various technical teams for inputs and coordination.

• Managing all assigned projects from conceptual stage to completion.

• Tracking and monitoring project budget and timelines.

• Performing administrative tasks in support of the division, including scheduling of meetings, minutes taking, document management, projects reporting, etc.

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive lists of project documentation, submission reports, etc. where necessary.

• Assisting in review of Consultants' technical submissions.

• Conducting feasibility studies of workspaces redesign and reconfiguration.

• Conducting project supervision on site as and when required.

**Requirements**

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Facilities and Management, or any Building-related disciplines.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing office interior spaces and supervision to oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Good verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, strong conceptual, and analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.

• Conversant with 2D/3D graphic drawings and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Good understanding of facilities management.

• Knowledge in Public Sector construction-related procurement, Green Mark Certification, BIM software, Project Management, and/or Navisworks will be an advantage.
