Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our testing capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards in semiconductor manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:

  • Design and execute package-level electrical testing utilizing cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment, along with superior Test Handling and Contact designs.
  • Perform thorough package quality assessments using advanced marking, scanning, and vision technologies.
  • Oversee the qualification and deployment of new Test Manufacturing solutions, encompassing equipment, hardware, software, and materials, from initial project stages to full-scale production.
  • Diagnose and resolve production and operational challenges associated with testing equipment and hardware through systematic methodologies.
  • Champion the adoption of testing solutions aimed at enhancing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
  • Lead initiatives focused on innovation, productivity, and quality improvements to foster continuous growth and excellence.

Qualifications:
You are well-suited for this role if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Material Science, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in managing Final Test and Memory solution platform equipment and associated hardware within a Semiconductor context.
  • Strong communication skills with an aptitude for delivering effective technical presentations.
  • A proactive mindset with the capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A systematic and process-oriented approach in a fast-paced and agile workplace.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams, demonstrating strong influencing skills to achieve top-tier solutions.
