Position Overview

As an integral member of our engineering team at Infineon Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our test technology capabilities for the Semiconductor Back-End Final Testing of our Digital Mixed Signal and Memory Solutions portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design and Execute: Develop and implement package-level electrical testing utilizing cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment, along with superior Test Handling and Contact designs.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform package quality inspections employing state-of-the-art marking, scanning, and vision technologies.
  • Solution Qualification: Qualify and release innovative Test Manufacturing solutions, encompassing equipment, hardware, software, and materials, from project initiation to full-scale production.
  • Troubleshooting: Address production and operational challenges related to test equipment and hardware using systematic methodologies and tools.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Propel the implementation of test solutions aimed at enhancing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
  • Leadership: Spearhead and manage initiatives focused on innovation, productivity, and quality enhancement to foster continuous growth and excellence.
Your Profile
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Material Science, or a related discipline.
  • Have several years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling Final Test and Memory solution platform equipment and associated hardware within a Semiconductor context.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with a talent for delivering effective technical presentations.
  • Maintain a proactive approach with the capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Be systematic and process-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and agile work atmosphere.
  • Collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams, showcasing strong influencing skills to achieve best-in-class solutions.
