Job Description

As a key player in our team at Infineon Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and enabling test technology manufacturing capabilities for our Semiconductor Back-End Final Testing on Digital Mixed Signal and Memory Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Package-Level Electrical Testing: Utilize the latest Automated Test Equipment and best-in-class Test Handling & Contact designs to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Conduct Package Quality Inspections: Employ state-of-the-art mark, scan, and vision equipment to ensure high-quality products.
  • Qualify and Release New Test Manufacturing Solutions: From project inception to full production release, ensure seamless integration and deployment of new solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Production Manufacturing and Operation Issues: Utilize systematic methodologies and tools to resolve issues related to test equipment and test hardware.
  • Drive Implementation of Test Solutions to Improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE): Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Lead and Manage Innovation, Productivity, and Quality Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous growth and excellence through innovation and process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Material Science or related fields
  • Multiple years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing environment
  • Experience in handling Final Test and Memory solution platform equipment and related hardware's in Semiconductor environment
  • Good communication skills with a flair for making good technical presentations
  • Pro-active attitude with ability to handle multiple projects assigned in a fast-paced environment
  • Systematic & process-oriented in a fast and agile working environment
  • Ability to work effectively with a global & multi-cultural teams, with good influencing skills to achieve best-in-class solutions
