Data Insights Specialist

This role is critical to driving business success through the application of data analytics techniques and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to enhance operational risk decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data pipeline construction, data lake management, and expertise in handling structured and unstructured data. They will also possess excellent technical skills in relevant data analytics tools (Python, R etc) and AWS cloud platform.
In this position, you will work closely with internal auditors to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns and anomalies, and generate actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions. You will also be responsible for addressing data risks, including those related to personally identifiable information (PII), and ensuring secure data handling throughout the pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 10+ years of data analytics experience
- Proven expertise in data pipeline construction and data lake management
- Expertise in handling structured and unstructured data
- Strong technical skills in relevant data analytics tools (Python, R etc) and AWS cloud platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Leverage of Gen AI to expedite the delivery of solutions
