Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
  • Customer and Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to establish a customer engagement model that ensures exceptional customer experiences. Foster strong relationships with key vendors and assist in establishing a vendor engagement framework.
  • Agile Project and Tender Support: Refine existing processes to support agile project and bulk tender requirements. Streamline onboarding, training, and certification processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Conduct GTM planning and quota setting in collaboration with key vendors. Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate target markets and drive market share growth.
  • Contract Management: Track contracts and legal obligations with key vendors. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Proactively manage contract renewals and extensions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage key relationships with vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive growth and support joint initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth through strategic alliances, preferably in the information security industry.
  • Strong understanding of the government, enterprise, and commercial sectors, including key market trends and customer dynamics.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
