Job Title: APAC Digital Marketing Expert
At Zurich Insurance Company, we're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist, APAC to support our digital marketing activities and shape our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages.
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website performance on search engines.
- Build and manage backlinks to enhance domain authority.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword analysis and optimize ad copy for maximum performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Manage budgets and bids and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Content and Copywriting Coordination:
- Source copywriter(s) to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and best practices.
- Coordinate the creation of ad copy for paid campaigns.
- Edit and optimize content for clarity, relevance, and SEO.
Process Setup:
- Develop and streamline processes for the above for launch, optimization, and publishing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
- Familiarity with content creation and copywriting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
