Commercial Ship Repair Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Ship Repair Executive to join our team at ST ENGINEERING MARINE LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse costs and prepare cost estimations based on tender specifications
  • Obtain techno-commercial proposals from vendors for cost analysis
  • Perform vendor commercial bid analysis against tender specifications
  • Assist in tender clarifications and negotiations with equipment vendors
  • Prepare credible cost estimates for management to price on works
  • Liaison with ship owners, vendors, and departments on project requirements and costs
  • Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in an Engineering field
  • Strong techno-commercial background in shiprepair/marine construction
  • Strong experience in cost estimation and analysis for new ship repair projects
  • Experience in subcontracting and major equipment procurement is advantageous
  • Familiar with bidding and tender protocols
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Additional Information:
  • Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
