Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Candidate

As a senior finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cost statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis, including material, labor, and overhead costs, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory costs to ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough financial forecasting and budgeting, and monitor financial performance against budget to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CMA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry, particularly in AI and robotics, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP.
