Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join MCi Career Services as a Programme Executive, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters. Your primary goal will be to bring in resources to ensure the continuity of the Home's quality services to its clients.

About the Role
  • You will source out and build relationships with new prospective volunteers and donors to grow the volunteer and donor pool.
  • Maintain the Home's volunteer and donor database, attend to inquiries from volunteers and donors, and keep close communications/engagements with them.
  • Oversee all donations received by the Home and ensure that donations are on track to meet fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop the Home's fundraising strategies (short-term and mid-term), annual action plans, and fundraising targets.
  2. Establish fundraising policies for the Home.
  3. Execute fundraising action plans/events, mobilise all stakeholders (staff, volunteers, residents, churches, and community) and available resources.
  4. Prepare fundraising reports and conduct post-event evaluations.
Requirements
  • You must have relevant experience for the above responsibilities.
  • Proficient in design software e.g. Canva.
