Strategic Building Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Building Development Specialist to lead our projects, manage teams and ensure quality standards.
About the RoleThis role involves managing all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting review analysis reports to the board after project completion.
- The ideal candidate will have a diploma or university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject.
- They should have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design and decoration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and team leadership.
- Communication and management of external parties.
- Designing exterior and interior furnishings.
Responsibilities:
- Team management and expertise supervision.
- Providing guidance to engineers on construction works.
- Scheduling and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensuring proper site management and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD.
