Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage personal and professional opinions in line with company direction
  • Develop and update client performance media plans, reports, and provide insights and commentary
  • Analyse ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and key insights
  • Continuously recommend ideas/tactics to clients for campaign optimization
  • Manage a performance and activation team and oversee their career development
  • Liaise directly with different media partners and clients to build strong relationships
  • Provide consult and training to clients and internal teams on performance marketing campaigns
  • Create detailed, data-driven forecasts for spend and performance KPIs
  • Work with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in a performance media role
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership and mentoring experience
  • Deep technical expertise with SEM across all search engine platforms
  • Strong technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, App Marketing
  • Basic technical understanding of SA360, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Advertising
  • Understanding of attribution modelling/LTV and its impact across all channels
  • Ability to create and modify Google Ads/Google Data Studio scripts
  • Proven track record of optimizing large Google Ads accounts and driving conversion-driven KPI goals
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Broad client experience across various industries and categories
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Confidence in analysing and acting on marketing data
  • Demonstrable experience working across regional campaigns and different local languages
