Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ads Manager to lead our paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This role involves strategizing, launching, and managing high-performing ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving results through effective campaign execution, pixel tracking, and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with design teams to create high-quality ad creatives
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPL
  • Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum ROI
  • Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and audiences
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta & Google ad platforms
  • Proven track record in achieving results such as ROAS, lead generation, and traffic campaigns
  • Proficiency in working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
  • Solid understanding of UTM tracking, funnel strategy, and landing pages
  • Possession of Meta Blueprint or Google Ad certifications a plus
