We're building an elite in-house performance marketing team - and we're looking for a sharp, hungry, hands-on Ad Buyerto take the reins of our Meta and Google Ads across international markets.

This role is perfect for someone who's already managed big budgets, thrives on daily results, and wants the autonomy and runway to grow something big. If you love optimizing campaigns, testing new ideas, and seeing direct impact - this is your opportunity to do it on a global stage.

What You'll Do:

1. Create, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple global markets

2. Own daily performance reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making

3. Collaborate with marketing to share performance insights

4. Constantly optimize to improve MER, CPA, and ROAS

5. Identify and act on trends in real time - scale fast, cut fast

6. Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams to test new ads, offers, and audiences

7. Lead structured testing - across offers, audiences, and placements

8. Ensure best-in-class execution and campaign management

9. Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

1. 3+ years of hands-on ad buying experience (Meta + Google) - no agencies, no fluff

2. Proven success managing $100K+/month in ad spend

3. Fluent in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4; bonus if you know Triple Whale, Shopify

4. Analytical, results-driven, and constantly pushing to outperform benchmarks

5. Fast-moving, proactive, and take full ownership of performance

6. Bonus: Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands

7. Bonus: Ability to brainstorm creative angles based on data
